Shane Harding – Executive Director
Shane brings over 30 years’ experience in banking & finance having worked with NAB, ANZ, Credit Suisse and Bendigo Bank in such diverse locations as London, Zurich, Melbourne and Brisbane. His broad business banking expertise has been gained from working in a variety of banking roles ranging from SME retail banking to multi-national corporate banking.
Born and raised in Brisbane, Shane joined Red Connect in 2013 to establish a Queensland office and to strengthen and diversify the services provided by the business.
Shane holds degrees in Commerce and Economics from University of Queensland and is a Senior Associate of FINSIA.
Kip Harding FCA, M. Tax - Director
Kip is the founder of Red Connect in 2011. Over the course of his career, Kip has accumulated a wealth of business experience in Australia and overseas, throughout a diverse range of industries.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 firm, Kip accepted global CFO roles with a number of high growth organisations including a listed pharmaceutical business and has been instrumental in the formation of their financial structure. His experience includes the establishment, acquisition and sale of businesses throughout Australia and internationally, particularly: Western Europe, Asia, the USA and New Zealand.
Kip holds degrees in Commerce and Economics and a Masters in Taxation.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and FSIA and a member of AICD.
